The opening

On August 26, 1991 we opened our doors for the first time to the canarian public. The beginnings were hard, with a smaller space to serve, although we could quickly make ourselves known thanks to our commitment to serving dishes with the greatest care and affection.


Expansion and consolidation

After a few years, the adjacent premises are acquired to expand the dining room and offer a better service. Those were times of consolidation of our name, thus becoming a reference of the Creole and Spanish cuisine.
